Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins

Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins is the second game in the series and the prequel to Lego City: Undercover. Lego City: The Chase Begins is a Lego game for the Nintendo 3DS. It is a one player game and does not support a multiplayer mode.

Storyline[]

Chase McCain has just started his career as a rookie police officer for the Lego City police department. He is stationed at the department in Cherry Tree Hills. During this time, Gleeson is the chief of police and Marion Dunby is the deputy. Gleeson is a soft and kind person that is easy to get along with, however, Dunby, on the other hand, is harsh and grumpy. Thus Chase begins his first mission to get donuts for Dunby. After that, he is sent to find a resident's lost dog.

While Dunby doesn't think much of Chase at first, Chase McCain begins dealing with much more serious work and finds himself becoming entangled with the local gangs. He is even called over to Apollo Island to deal with a recent disturbance. Afterwards, he heads to the Bluebell Mine where, once the crime has been stopped, he meets Forrest Blackwell. At this point in time, no one knows anything about Blackwell's involvement with crime. Chase has a brief conversation with Forrest and then Forrest goes on his way.
